Campus Services Sustainability Coordinator
- This varied role is ideal for someone with a passion for the environment who also is happy to get involved with the coordination of environmental service contracts, including pest control. You’ll help drive sustainability projects and support the University’s environmental goals.

About Campus Services
Our team of over 400 staff are committed to creating an exceptional experience for everyone on campus, from students and staff to external visitors.
What we do
We manage a wide range of services that keep campus life running smoothly:
- Food and retail: We operate nine hospitality outlets and shops on campus
- Accommodation: We house over 5,200 students throughout the academic year, handling everything from room allocations to cleaning
- Security: Our security team works around the clock to ensure the University remains safe for everyone
- Facilities: Our facilities team delivers mail, maintains our grounds, manages waste and more
- Summer operations: We turn into a busy conference venue, hosting external guests. We're always looking for temporary staff during this period. Email campusserviceshr@bath.ac.uk to register your interest
- Support administrative staff in HR, systems, training, sustainability and marketing
