How the electric cycle scheme works
If you are a member of staff or a postgraduate student, you can hire an electric bicycle (e-bike) from for free for up to two weeks.
The scheme, run in conjunction with 蘑菇视频 and North East Somerset Council, aims to encourage drivers to consider alternative transport to campus.
You will get a safety helmet, high-visibility jacket and which you must use to lock up the bike.
You must pay a 拢50 refundable deposit in case any damage is caused. If there is no damage, the money will be fully refunded.
You will be given a full briefing about the controls. A short demonstration is available for those who have not ridden electric bicycles before.
